Writing to reach you

I’m writing my thoughts down again. Those who know me, should realise this is not a good thing. But take comfort friends (and family) it’s not going to be the same. The processes, triggers, catches, and signs have all been flagged and checked off. It won’t happen again.
But I am writing, although spewing is probably a better word for it. The cycle will continue ad infinitum, that much I am resigned to, the decision taken, the results expected. I made the decision. I chose. A positive statement.
