[UPDATE: As Donalda points out, Halloween is very American these days. Kids arrive at your door, declaring "Trick or Treat", demanding money and sweets. They don't tell a joke, sing a song, or do ANYthing... just stand there. Ohh and don't try and give them monkey nuts, a tangerine and 50p. They'll just look at you like you're mad.
