I think it’s fair to say that most of us are quick to criticise our banks. Generally they are a fairly easy target, making BILLIONS of ££s profit whilst screwing their customers for every tiny little penny.
So I thought I’d just pause to congratulate my bank for finally allowing the option of a paper-less bank account. I can now (and have) opt to have my statement sent via email, or not to have a statement sent at all. I’ve opted for the latter, as the online system is more than adequate. Bravo HBOS.
Hey, hang on. This saves them even MORE money. Dammit!
