It’s a lovely story about Pixar but I’m slightly disturbed about the whole “recording yourself crying” thing. What’s all that about? It’s like the squealing Dr Who fans recording themselves at the end of the series 3 episode Utopia. It’s all most peculiar.

The one part of that tale about the visit to Pixar that did make me laugh was when Andrew Stanton said “Hey dudes – Crying Girl is here!” and apparently all the staff looked around gobsmacked. It reminded me of that scene in Toy Story in Pizza Planet where they climb into the grabbing machine and all the little three-eyed aliens go “OOO! Strangers! From the outside!”

Ah. I’d not heard of Wall-E (what, do I live in a cave or something?!) but it sounds good. I LOVE the pixar films – Ratatouille is one of my favourite films of all time!

I know how she feels! I had a lump in my throat just watching the bloody trailer myself. Hopefully my wife doesn’t notice me blubbing away like a baby in the cinema.
