Zenbe will sync whenever it can so yes, offline and sync later is supported. As Adrian says it's not a task manager as there is no way to order the list but as I have lists for things that MUST get done and those that I MAY do (or not as it doesn't matter). However, there is no iPhone app (just an iPhone web version). RTM's winning point for me is a great Gmail integration (extra column of tasks on right hand side).
